Hardee's - Martinsville

I visited this restaurant twice. The morning service was excellent; the staff member who greeted us was friendly and asked if we needed any condiments. She even thanked us for coming in. However, my experience during lunch was quite different. A group of young ladies took my order, but when I approached the window, one of them was not pleasant at all. She just took my card for payment without asking if I wanted sauce for my chicken strips or even ketchup for my fries. There wasn't even a thank you. The lack of basic customer service skills was disappointing!

On March 3rd, 2022, I ordered the fish comb flour, and it was awful! The fish was tough, and the fries had no flavor. I ended up throwing it in the trash. I would not recommend the fish to anyone.
