Little Caesars - Martinsville

I took my good friend and her children to a Little Caesars pizza place that we didn’t know existed. We had a great time and enjoyed a delicious meal. We were pleased to find that they had tables available for indoor dining. The pizza was hot out of the oven and tasted fantastic.

UPDATE: I reached out to the branch manager, Rodney, and the owner's response was very positive! He was incredibly gracious and apologetic and even replaced our pizza for us. We ordered a paprika pizza for lunch, but it turned out to be terrible. Normally, the pizza is fresh and piping hot, but today it was cold, the toppings were sparse, and it was dry. It even looked like a slice was missing! Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until we returned to the office. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since we've never had issues before.

I really enjoy this Little Caesars location because their food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is excellent. On the rare occasions when they mess up an order, they often compensate with a free order of breadsticks or wings, which is a nice touch. My only issue is that the pizzas are rarely "hot 'n' ready" as advertised; we usually end up waiting about 10 minutes. However, this means we get fresh pizza, and tonight it was really good!
