Mcdonald’s - Martinsville

Have they not even checked their orders twice? They always seem to be missing an item. This time it was three items missing. I'm getting fed up with Burger King's frequent mistakes.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the third time they have given me plain soda water instead of my drink. This happened to me this morning while I was in my car.

This is the old building. they moved a few months ago around a block away to the opp side of this shopping center, but since everyone else checked here, I left the check for both stalls. * incredible. we had a long night, we were tired, the children were hungry, so we stopped here. ordered 3 nugget happy foods. 1 had nuggets, the other 2 had Nugget boxes literally overflowed with tarter sauce. I was pouring in there and looking out of the cracks. my 4 year old daughter had it about her hands and wept. my 2 years old son was covered in it. unnecessary to say we threw away the whole order, but not before the children had eaten some fries. I just hope they won't get sick from someone who messes with their food. they're KID election times. does not mess with child food.

The restaurant was busy with small children celebrating birthday parties. The McDonald's was not far away, but the sandwich I ordered was decent.

They close their drive through at 8pm every night and even park a car in their drive through right before the speaker so that people cant order and their times wont go up. Horrible attitudes on night shift and wont fix not being able to just get a fountain drink on doordash they make you upcharge to a drink you dont want. And even took their phone number off their site so they wont reciece complaints. Horrible management
