Blazing Onion Burger Company

We traveled to Marysville and stayed at a hotel near the Blazing Onion. We ordered take out and I cannot speak highly enough about our whole experience. I wasn't able to modify something in the online ordering system but when I arrived, I met Sam. I asked Sam about it and he went out of his way to make sure my order was right and exactly the way I wanted it even if it was different than their ordering system allowed. He was so friendly and personally went through and checked every single item in our order before bagging it up. I was so very impressed with Sam's level of customer service. The food we ordered was all fantastic. The next night we ordered again and again when I walked in to pick up our order, there was Sam. He recognized me and greeted me right away. He again carefully looked at every item and even had the cook add something so I would be pleased. Again the food was terrific. We have family in the area and will be staying again. We will be sure to order from Blazing Onion and I hope to see Sam. He is exemplary and the picture what GREAT customer service looks like. Thank you Sam and Blazing Onion! Our waitress, Marissa was amazing! We drove down to Arlington because we have an early pickup of our rescue dogs at 5:00 a.m. If I had to hire someone for my business, she would be it. She went way in above Beyond in service!! That's a rarity these days!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was excellent the food came out quick and overall was a good dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
