Rose Cottage - Matlock Bath

Really welcoming pub where we were made to feel very much at home. Lovely log fire in the main bar with some very friendly and chatty locals. The food was really good with huge portions we could barely finish. A nice menu with fresh food, something to suit everybody. The beer was good and well kept. The best pub in Matlock Bath. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Highly recommend the rose cottage had an amazing meal, arrived looking like a 5 star restaurant meal. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The meal and service definitely 5 star definitely going back here again and will recommend to family and friends. Look forward to seeing you all again thankyou x

Lol nearly 8 quid for pint n bag o crisps, scum bums Price per person: £100+

I booked a table for 4 for 7pm We arrived at 6.45 to be told all the food had gone and nothing they could do. I was astonished they took the booking several days earlier but when we arrived no food left. Very disappointed and won’t return Service: 1
