Red Lobster - Matteson

The restaurant wasn't as busy as I saw in the past. So I knew we would have a fabulous service, but that wasn't the case. My food WAS is my WAS server great, but they had to help in another area when they came back to check on our table. We were there for the ENDLESS SHRIMP SPECIAL. Needless to say, it was not as we hoped we wanted to try the new varieties that they added to the menu.

Like I said, I love this place. I used the e-gift card they gave me well. I ordered the same food in Florida and this time no hair. Great job! I'm sorry I forgot pictures. And I was alone... so proud of me!!

The food was pretty good. We ordered the endless shrimps and grilled chicken with lobster Mac and cheese. But the reason I give this place 5 stars is because of our server Jim. He was the most beautiful, attentive and entertaining service I ever had. We never had to look for him, he often checked us if we needed anything. And when he did, he came back to speed of lightning. He made sure we're worth our monies. Give the man a raise. He's a real asset and he's gonna let people come back to see him.

A fun day. I'll go to Red Lobster once a year. Great service, food was good. Not full. But they didn't sing my birthday? But I still enjoyed myself.

The Waitress Jamie A is a very good waitress, She was very Attentive to us, I personally felt like we were her only table, She kept the Biscuits coming and was very Courteous the whole time, and made sure that we was totally aware of our options, Jamie A Deserves the Best T.I.P's....
