This is certainly not the first time they’ve messed up my order. Since I’m at work, I can’t just step out to correct it, which makes it even more frustrating that they can’t take a moment to figure out how to make a drink properly. I requested coffee, and they sent green tea instead. It’s just ridiculous.
This is a great location. I frequently drive through here and orders are always correct. Coffee is hot and fresh, and bagels always as ordered. The staff are friendly and polite for the most part ?there is the occasional happy camper working the window but aside from that, typically a good experience. Typical Dunkin serving what you?d expect ?coffee, hot and cold, bagels, muffins, doughnuts, coffee cakes and more. Very easy on and off from the main road, though it?s not easy to spot ?look for the Dunkin sign ?the store is buried behind trees. Prices are what you?d expect from Dunkin and overall always a good experience.
This restaurant is much better than the one on Matthews/Mint Hill. The food is beautiful and fresh, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend giving it a try!
I ordered three apple fritters. While eating the 1st donut, I bit into uncooked dough. I removed the donut from my mouth and the uncooked dough remained stuck to my tongue and I had to peel the dough. The dough was stretchy and completely raw. The second donut, was the same, I can assume the third. I brought the last three from the location. I went back to return for a refund. The young lady said she would give 1 fritter but the make the at another location, it 's not there fault, take it up with the bakery, next time. I stated I paid for three HERE . Shift leader unhappily replaced the 3 fritters.
