John's Place - Matthews

John's Place always produces good food and a pleasant dining experience. The bar is full service, and it is a good place to watch the game. I enjoy their specialty steaks and pork chops. The pasta is always good. I like their Margarita pizza, as well as, white pizza. I would like to see a side salad option instead of ordering a full salad. The drive thru window is convenient for pickup ordering. I like the selection of beer on tap, and the bartenders are top notch.

Had shrimp and grits, it was okay. It was drowned in sauce. I also found a piece of shrimp skin after taking a bite. $17 for shrimp and grits you would think it would be decent without surprise skins. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We actually were on the Mario's side enjoying supper. Lasagna and if you like pasta with white clam sauce you will not find it as good any where around....and I have looked. Parking: There seemed to be a lot of parking, but we always go early in the evening..... Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to get to the doors and through them....roomy inside to be able to move a wheelchair around. Service: Dine in

Tuesday is $12 brick oven specialty pizza and 1/2 bottle of wine. Pizza was great, wings perfect and cold beer!! Travis is one of our favorite servers, he'll take good care of you.
