The food was excellent and the service was top-notch! The bottomless mimosas were a fantastic touch.

I was not impressed that they charge an extra $3 to substitute a vegetable in place of pasta. It feels quite tacky and doesn’t cater to the needs of the customers.

The food was great and quite affordable. However, the service was a little slow.

That is the fourth or fifth time that we have dined in the mario’s restaurant. every time we visit the Matthews area, we make a point to eat there. the personal is always friendly and accommodating. eating is excellent. it is always served hot and fresh. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately the best thing we had was the dessert. We both ordered a salad and my mom's had large chunks of the core of the lettuce. I ordered veal marsala which was dry and salty. I ordered baked ziti for my mom and she got ziti with meat sauce. I sent it back and it came back with mozzarella melted on the top. She never got the baked ziti with ricotta. It wasn't that busy at the time so very disappointed in the food and won't go back.
