Poke Honolulu - Matthews

Haven't dined in but have ordered both to-go (in person) and pick-up (over the phone). Friendly service, good sized portions.

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. The customer service was fantastic, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

I was looking forward to trying this poke restaurant, but I have mixed feelings about my experience. The food was decent, with a variety of choices—nothing too exciting, but plenty of solid options. However, the portion sizes leave much to be desired. I'm not sure if using a Groupon affected the amount we received, but the poke bowl I got was the most minimal I've ever bought, and each bowl was priced over $15 without the Groupon. The owner definitely needs to reconsider the portion sizes; the restaurant has potential, but it shouldn't leave customers feeling hungry shortly after finishing a bowl.

My order was incorrect, and when I tried to call, the phone didn't ring; it went straight to an unrecorded voicemail.
