The service is terrible, the man there is super rude and disrespectful

Went over at 9:15 the other night(15 minutes before they close) saw employees inside, tried to open the door and it's locked. I can sympathize though, I work retail myself. Next day I come in at 6:00 but they're out of bread. How ironic...

Unprofessional staff, horrible food, they 've messed up my order over 75% of the time. Drinks are usually either weak or old tasting and 9/10 time the staff didn 't know how to perform basic actions as in making soup or adding bacon I don 't blame the college student staff, I blame the management for the poor training.

Certain items run out rather often. Other then that, the staff is great, and they supply free bells to ring so it's all cool
