Great food and a charming counter girl who works really hard! Definitely recommend!

When I called to place my order, the person on the other end sounded annoyed to receive my call, which was quite strange. I ordered a pizza with two toppings, but what I received was a pizza without any toppings or sauce. It also looked like it had been tossed around during a race. I think I’ll be getting my pizza from a different place in the future.

I've been coming to this restaurant for three years, always ordering the same meal. However, today my order was doubled and I was charged accordingly. I explained to them that I hadn't ordered double. When I tried to discuss the issue with the manager, he raised his voice and started calling me names, acting like a child. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, but his behavior really took me off guard, so I responded in kind. He refused to give me a refund. I can't respect an owner who is disrespectful to his customers, especially since I've been a loyal patron who always tips generously.

If I was writing this review 4/5 months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but the new management and cook's have not impressed me. They started opening at 3pm, then the prices went up. Then the delivery price went up. I mean wth is a conviencefee? I get charging the delivery fee, but if you live within a mile, it should be waived. Lastly I have been a loyal customerfor the last 5 years. The food was great 99% of the time. The last 2x I ordered my burger and cheesesteak tasted like taco meat.The menu wasn't so difficult to use and they included ketchup in your bag. I pretty sure they have lost a customer in me.
