I love this place! My oldest daughter was born in Louisiana, and I had always heard of the “beignets” however I had never tried them myself. I finally got to try them while visiting this place, and I must say I highly recommend them! The powder on top reminds me of the stock show “funnel cake” powder, however, beignets are much more softer and fluffier in texture (the breading is somewhat like a donut), but better
