I come eat brunch here all the time, but I love the enchiladas most of all...Mexicanas or Americanas. They are friendly here most of the time and the food comes out quickly.

It took a while to get our order but it was worth the wait food was pretty good. Attentive waiter.

Excellent authentic Mexican food, been there since forever. My grandfather would take my Dad there for breakfast when my Dad was still a kid. Known for their carnitas plate, very affordable, not to big of place so seating might be a problem if very busy, service was acceptable, might be hard to find parking due to it's location downtown, food took a little longer than expected to be served but well worth the wait. I ordered carne guisada (very good litmus test for Mexican food) it was excellent, above average flour tortillas, excellent rice, excellent frijoles, homemade pico de gallo. Highly recommend this place.

I was visiting here from Tulsa, Oklahoma while on tour with some musicians. Very good breakfast. Great specials. Friendly people. Good coffee. Good prices. Since 1981! Come eat! Provecho

The best chicken enchiladas in existence. So many great things I've had here. They do close early and do not take AMEX, so be warned. I've been going here for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed in a meal. The chips must be made on site. I've never tasted chips like this anywhere I've been. Simply great!
