Tropical Smoothie Cafe - McAllen

Kasey provided the best customer service, always greeting us with a smile and a sunny disposition at this perfect tropical spot. The smoothies are consistently fantastic, especially my favorite, the Sunshine Smoothie.

The atmosphere is quite peaceful, and the staff is fairly friendly. They offer a few small meal options to accompany your smoothie. If you're unsure of what to choose, I highly recommend the mango smoothie!

Fantastic food and shakes! However, my experience with online ordering has been disappointing. A few days ago, I ordered two shakes and two jalapeño corns, but when I arrived to pick them up, I was told they didn’t have the corns and they couldn’t issue a refund because I placed the order online. Then today, I ordered four shakes online and sent my husband to pick them up, but they only gave him three. I tried calling the store, but the phone number was out of service, so I had no way to reach them. You could definitely improve your service by getting these issues sorted out!

Never going back. Service sucked. I waited for what seemed like centuries in the lobby while they attended the drive thru. It also smelled and was dirty. Someone tell Gordon Ramsay to pay them a visit.

Place wasn't clean...the counters were dirty. Took too long for 3 drinks. When I first experienced this establishment in North Texas it tasted way better. Not too sure if veggies or fruits were fresh
