Very good was please with the menu and the service will be back

I was on a business trip to McCook on 25. July 2015. We had seen the taste of Texas Billboard on the way to the city and it sounded like a good place for lunch. We started to guess our choice when we went 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon and were only four patrons in the restaurant. I ordered the lunch pulled pork special with fried at home and my friend had a mushroom and Swiss burger with French fries. The pulled pig was amazing. I had smoked pork all over the country and that was a top-five experience. My friends said their burgers were amazing. More food than we could eat. I would recommend a taste of Texas BBQ to anyone who goes into the McCook area. I will be back in business and have already decided that lunch will be there.
