Two Eggs! - McDonough

I was at your establishment 27 August 2023, this past weekend. There is a brown skinned young lady with braids in her hair that needs a class on professionalism and customer service. When a customer walks in it doesn’t matter if you’re just taking care of people who are dining in and the other person is taking care of the pick ups (the person who takes care of the pick ups was not there at the time I walked in). Greet everyone who walks in with a warm and welcoming greeting. Also, whatever type of charisma you have in your personal life that shouldn’t be the charisma displayed in a professional environment. Be warm, inviting, professional and treat all customers with dignity and respect. Keep your negative attitudes at your place of residence and not the business. The woman who takes care of the pick ups is always great.

Came here for breakfast on a Friday. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it. I had the Uncle Benny and my partner had the chocolate chip pancakes. We also tried the fried green tomatoes. Trice was our server and she was so friendly. 10/10 for everything (food, service, speed, and satisfaction level).

July 4, 2023 My friend and I went into this establishment and waitress was very welcoming, but I have to say the food was not. Let me expand on it a little more. The grits was watery and the whiting fish was old tasting like it was in the freezer for months frost bitten I should say. The veggie bowl that my friend had she said it was to her liking . What I would say about this establishment is that they should stop selling fish if it’s not fresh. Overall I would give this restaurant a two because of the welcoming environment. By way we’re from out of town and where we live we have fresh fish at all times because we’re near fresh water ponds and rivers and about an hour from the ocean. That’s why I know when the fish is fresh or not.

There’s no feeling in this business stuff! I know I own several. Went for takeout for me, my Hubby and Son today, gave my order! My Husband bacon eggs platter was not given to me! I pay attention to everything so this business told me my money is not good here and they do not want me coming to their business! Cool. The food was trash! No seasoning, asked for onions there were none, crab cake was burnt! Cool, will never come back to this restaurant again! I’m speculating that me being a plus size woman they have an issue with that! Cool! Will never go here again!
