Extremely poor customer service. We put our names on the waitlist and were told a 20 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes, I went to check with the hostess and was told it would be another hour and a half!! I get it, kitchens get behind and restaurants get backed up...but I was standing right in front of the hostess stand the whole time. I expect transparency. Anyone could have given me a heads up, as things went south instead of letting us wait 45 minutes, only to be told it would be another 1.5 hours when I asked for an update. To top it off, we happened to be camping with young kids. So after waiting 45 minutes, we couldn't wait another 1.5 hours for dinner. We walked out into a thunder storm, and were unable to cook dinner back at our campsite either. Extremely frustraing experience. (I'll also note, we were 1 of numerous waiting families that experienced the lack of respectful, customer-oriented, transparent service that night). We won't be back.

Used to love this place, food has gone downhill, overpriced, and very small portions, not to mention the staff went from being personable and kind, to people who don’t seem like they even care to be there

Great place, juicy burgers, yummy crab dip, excellent service, cool atmosphere! A must if you're at Deep Creek

My hubby and I tried to eat here, but the service before we sat down was so bad that we just left and ate somewhere else. One person asked if we had reservations, which we didn't, then said that someone would be with us in a few minutes. Eventually another person came over, asked if we had reservations, and then didn't seem like she was going to seat us at one of the many open tables. So we left. That was 30 minutes of my life that I won't get back. What a waste of time.

Extensive menu and drink selection, accompanied by friendly service plus entertainment.
