Contribuisci feedbackWhat an amazing meal! We had terrific service and great food. We had the cheese and Sausage platter as well as fried green tomatoes. The sausage was the best I have ever had. We ordered the quail and it was cooked to perfection. Highly recommendhaving lunch or dinner here.
Delicious, truly an impressive menu with a staff that knows their stuff. Went here for lunch with some friends last week and had a great experience. Didn’t see anything on the menu that I wouldn’t have tried. Had the brisket and ribs combo as well assalad and mac and cheese. Save room for dessert, you’ll want that too.
Great service and good food. The appetizers where okay. The house made sourdough bread was toasted with char which gave it an unique flavor with the smoked cheese. The house made chips was yummy. The meats were really good from the bbq, to burger tohouse made ham in the Cuban.
Fantastic! The food was some of the best I 've had. Their food is as locally sourced as they can get, including the butcher shop down the street, and it shows in the quality and flavor of foods. We shared 'The Pickles and The Pig ' starter thatincluded various sausages, cheddar, house pickles, house mustard, and a huge cracker. Every single thing on the board wasamazing. The main course were two Wagyu burgers. One with sausage, brisket, bacon, cheddar, grilled onions and jalapenos, andmayo. The other had lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, cheddar, and their special sauce. Seriously... this was the best burgerI 've ever had. Bar none. The food alone would warrant a five star rating but the friendly helpful service, the cocktailselection, and the homey comfortable decor all live up to that level of praise as well. I 'll definitely be visiting again andthink just about everybody needs to stop by and partake of this gem too.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Local Yocal last Saturday. We had made reservations for 6 PM, which I highly recommend, as the restaurant was fully booked by the time we were seated. We kicked things off with the smoked onion dip served with their potato chips and the roasted bone marrow. While the chips were a bit too salty for my taste, the dip was incredible. The bone marrow was equally impressive, tasting just like butter—absolutely delicious! Every main course ordered at our table was outstanding. I chose the Caesar Salad topped with shrimp, opting for something lighter after our heavy appetizers and sides. The service was prompt, and the dining area was well-spaced and not too noisy, which is important to me. Overall, I give this place two thumbs up!
