It took over 30 minutes to prepare the food, despite there being only 5 other customers in the restaurant and several staff members standing around with their hands in their pockets. The decor was also disappointing, with an unappealing combination of orange and green colors that resembled a frozen yogurt stand rather than an Italian restaurant.
