The food is always served hot and fresh, and the staff work efficiently as a team to ensure quick service.

A family member brought me a wrap with chicken, mayo, cheese, and other ingredients from this restaurant. I enjoyed the taste and will definitely be ordering from here again. This was my first time eating here since shortly after they opened, and I was impressed with the quality of the food.

Don’t ever order a double burger at the Colonial Heights Cookouts, you’ll get a burger and a half. I guess they think we can’t catch part of a missing burger. I would’ve gladly bought lunch for who messed up my burger. They are soooo tiny and frail you hardly even get a burger. Go to Laburnum Avenue Cookouts! You can never go wrong there. Colonial Heights is always a mess!!!

I went to Cook Out (Colonial Heights) ordered the grilled chicken tray, it was so bad I couldn't eat it. The chicken was tough and over grilled. They also gave me cold fries. I should have checked before I left but I was running behind for work...
