Sizzlin - Meaford

Nice atmosphere, attentive staff, food good and reasonable price. Going again this week. Nice addition to the choice of restaurants in Meaford. A popular restaurant with the locals.

Was there on my birthday for lunch, waiter was great. Answered all my questions. Told him it was my birthday and asked for suggestions. Unfortunately at lunch time you can not get the entrees (after 4 pm only) so sandwiches only. I asked about their fries which in menu described as hand cut seasoned fries. Since I dislike seasoned fries I asked specifically about them. He told me they were only seasoned with salt. Great! So I ordered steak sandwich & fries. My husband, daughter & son in law ordered poutine. Sad to say fries looked and tasted like frozen McCain fries. Most surely not hand cut. Very disappointing to say the least. Not expecting anything free for birthday but most places give you something, dessert ice cream but not here.

Went for lunch with family and all three of us had no problem selecting tasty dishes. The lamb burger was cooked perfectly and had no problem with my request for a sauce that did not come with the lamb. The wings were great, the hot beef was also well prepared with a nice dark gravy. I would return again to try a new dish frm the diverse menu.The selection of draft was impressive as well with my favorites on hand, well done!Paul was friendly and helpful but admitted he had limited experience with the menu therefore could make no recommendation, feedback from other guests would have been appreciated. Look forward to my next visit.

My first time. Known Dave for a while. So proud of him and the food was amazing. The reviews don't do him justice. Thanks for the great meal. Xo

My partner and I enjoyed a delicious BLT sandwich on a panini at the restaurant. It was fantastic. We also tried the onion and wine soup, which was delightful.
