Duck Donuts - Mechanicsburg

I stopped by on Friday to preorder 5 dozen items. I arrived this morning at the scheduled time, and everything was ready for me (I was a bit early, too). I also ordered some boxes of coffee today and had to wait a few minutes, but the staff were all very friendly, and we had a nice chat while I waited. They even helped me carry everything to my car. I haven't had a chance to try the items yet, but the customer service experience was fantastic!

The donuts are by far the best I ever had. The staff was super friendly. I definitely can't wait to go back.

I've never experienced a warm donut until now! Wow! Each bite was a perfectly cooked, sugary delight! The customer service was excellent as well. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied. It really hit the spot!

The donuts are outstanding! Each one is handmade, which means there is a bit of a wait, but it’s definitely worth it. I would recommend that they focus on serving regular coffee instead of espresso-based drinks, as those take too long to prepare!
