Dunkin' - Mechanicsburg

We were traveling through from Florida and had a disappointing experience. The staff wasn't friendly and there were no smiles. The store opened 35 minutes late; although the sign said 4:30, it was actually 5:05 when they finally opened. The overall atmosphere felt apathetic. However, the coffees and donuts were quite good.

Among the Dunkin' locations in the area, this one stands out as the best in terms of quality. While many Dunkin' shops can be inconsistent, this one consistently delivers excellent food and service.

The restaurant is clean and efficient. While it may lack a cozy, hometown atmosphere, the staff are professional. If you’re seeking that kind of experience, it’s definitely worth a visit.

I am a big Dunkin fan but I really hated Dunkin since I got to the States because of the worst service and coffee that I tasted across many branches ?even in DC?. However, this brach is very efficient and they have the friendliest staff and they makecoffee perfectly! My sandwich and coffee were ready in 10 sec hot and fresh! Thank you !

Where to start. This is more a review on the location more so than the business or franchise. Food is typical Dunkin food that you find at every location. Service was terrible. Person attending the drive thru was rude and was rushing us and because theywere in a rush they missed half out order (it wasn't busy. We were the only vehicle there in the drive thru and it wasn't adifficult order). When I checked the bag we were missing half our order and when I told them about what was missing, I got anattitude back like i was unconvincing them for mentioning they didn't give me what I paid for. Service ruined going here for me.
