Little Caesars Pizza - Mechanicsburg

I typically have issues with the food being neither hot nor ready, but I haven't visited Little Caesars in years. This time, my experience was excellent. I walked in, placed my order, and mentioned that my mother would be alright waiting in the car while I picked up the food. Since my brother is disabled, we can't both exit the vehicle at the same time. The receipt shows that our cashier was Ryan W., who was very accommodating. He brought our four boxes of pizza to us so we didn't have to wait. He was a really nice guy!

I visited the restaurant yesterday and noticed some concerning hygiene practices. One employee handled the cheese without wearing gloves, mixing it with her hands before walking away. Additionally, another staff member added pepperoni to the pizza, also without gloves. This raised some concerns about their food safety practices.

I requested to speak with a manager but kept receiving the same response, and I was never allowed to talk to one. Instead, another staff member came on the line who wasn’t the manager either. She claimed they were out of everything, except for a pepperoni pizza from earlier, which I was specifically interested in. Then I spoke with someone else who contradicted her, saying they weren’t actually out of food but just wanted to close early, before hanging up on me. All the employees were very rude during the call, often mocking me for trying to place an order. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered online and the food was ready when I picked it up. Everything was delicious!

Always a good time We scooped up a stuffed crust supreme and it was AMAZING!! Also ordered a veggie pizza for the 1st time in my life and it too was dank!!! Pizza Pizza for the win!!!
