Taco Bell - Mechanicsburg

I usually order hard shell tacos with just meat and shredded cheese on my taco very delicious for my beak to eat.

Food was great, staff was very pleasant. Wait time was short. I'm sure I will return.

This was a great situation earlier. lately it's completely downhill. each individual order is wrong. this time I got extra sour cream on a product that I specifically said no sour cream on and the rest of my order was things I had never asked. instead of a chicken lunch tacos, we happen to have burrito with just tomato in him? I live too far away to justify that I return to let my order correct each time. I can understand mistakes, but this is every time. such a waste of money.

The staff at this location is always pleasant though sometimes the drive through line is long. It's become sadly skimpy fast food for the money though. If your on the go, with your kids or in a hurry it is a decent option. If you are not in a hurry though you can get better and more for your money elsewhere.

May not be fair to rate this place because it has been good in the past. However twice recently we have tried to go and it was closed or we sat in line for 10/15 mins just to get to the ordering speaker to hear sry we can't take your order because our screens went out.I understand the technical difficulties but was super disappointed as it was late and we were hungry.If we are able to actually get food from there again, I will definitely update this review.
