This is the best bread I have ever had. It is the only place I go to get my bread. Their small outlet store offers a wide variety of choices and the bread is always fresh.

The woman at the restaurant was incredibly unfriendly and rude. It seems like she may have been working there for too long and it is starting to show. She should take a break and refresh herself.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I visit weekly and often see other regulars there. Unfortunately, my local supermarkets never have the 8 grain bread in stock, so I have to go to this place to get it. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very polite. You have to try the 8 grain bread - it's delicious! The sourdough bread is also very popular, and the Italian and rye breads are excellent too. I recently visited a gourmet shop in Hershey that carried the entire line of products from this restaurant. I think they should consider expanding to E-marketing and shipping their breads to the entire East Coast.

I visited the restaurant for the first time today, February 22, 2020. When I arrived, I noticed a closed sign on a door that was not the entrance. Despite this, I entered the restaurant. As I walked in, I heard people talking, and a woman came out and informed me that they were closed. I mentioned that their sign stated they were open until 3:00, but she replied that they had closed early and needed to update their signs. It was only 2:00 pm, an hour before their scheduled closing time, and I received no apology for the inconvenience. Due to this poor customer service experience, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
