Little Caesars - Medicine Hat

Absolutely horrible food quality from my last order. Service wasn’t pleasant either, cashier was miserable.We won’t be going back again.

The food itself isn't bad, it's not the best pizza place but it's amongst the cheapest so it's a good deal.The customer service at this location is lacking, both in staffing and quality. I've had experiences where I left after I waited 10 minutes at the counter without anyone helping me despite the employee in the back looking at me and seeing me waiting. I've also ordered pickup online in hopes of better customer service/a faster way to get my order and they never update the order status tracker so after 30+ minutes I went into the store to find out my order was completed a long time ago and they just couldn't be bothered to update the tracker because it was still showing that my order hadn't been finished. The store was empty and the staff member there wasn't working on any orders when I arrived so I don't think it was a matter of it being too busy for them to do this.Probably won't be going here again.

Every time i go to this location always the same person working and never has she managed to get my order right. Perhaps you need people that listen to the customer. I wont be back to this location again. Pizza was extra greasey this time too.

I was told a 10 minutes wait for one cheese pizza and one crazy bread. It’s been 20 minutes so far. I thought this was hot and ready between 4 and 8?

Ordered pickup for 3:15.. arrived at 3:13 to be told they been busy and she was just putting in the oven now..11 minutes waiting and not 1 person has come in.
