They have consistently done gluten free for both me and my brother for years, we are both celiac. When they're open, they're good.

Food was amazing! Had pad thai and it comes gf no subs needed. So many options and the owner came over to the table and was very friendly! 10/10

Excellent food and environment,, friendly, helpful, and gluten friendly staff. There’s only two items on the menu that contains gluten! What a pleasant surprise.

Visited here for dinner the other day. Asked for vegetarian options and we were shown the "Vegetarian" section of the menu. We have eaten at Thai restos in some great locales on three continents, and often make our own Thai food from scratch with individual herbs, spices and ingredients.Just to be sure, I asked whether there was fish or meat in the vegetarian meals. Our server informed us that there was fish in the dishes, but that Thai vegetarian food always contained fish!! She then said that it could be taken out when our meal was made. OK ... but then I noticed that almost all the vegetarian meals contained fried tofu. Is this fried separately from the meat I asked. No it is not, our server said!!!At this point I became a little upset - how can you label food as vegetarian if it clearly is not? Our server then congratulated me on my commitment to my "cause" offered us yet again her incredibly insincere "smile", and preceded to lecture me on how a "real" vegetarian would behave!!I asked to speak to the manager, who refused to meet with me, and so we then left this deceitful restaurant.I always wonder how restos like this would behave towards folks with serious and life threatening allergies. If they can't be honest in labeling the menu for customers on specific diets ....

I hate to say it because it really is unfair, but I usually don't expect much from regional food restaurants in small cities. This is one time I was very wrong! I ordered the Tom Yum and the Panang curry along with a pot of Jasmine tea. Everything was excellent! Hot, fresh, well seasoned, and authentic. I only ordered medium spice and could have gone with hot but that was my own fault. Absolutely delicious and I will be sure to come again next time I am in the Hat.
