Wendy's - Medicine Hat

The place is very hit miss honestly. Sometimes you get great food with great customer service. Sometimes you get poor food and poor customer service... or anything in between. It helps them honestly that it's the only Wendy's in Medicine Hat as I'd go to other locations if I had a chance... which I've learnt RedCliff has one now so may have to travel there to see how it measures up and if it's worth the little drive

Ordered three frostys for my kids on august 10th at 12:20pm. One of them contained these sharp white plastic pieces. No one answered the number when I tried calling to warn them they have a problem.

Staff not very good. Order was totally mixed up but the food is always fantastic!!

I eat here 4 or 5 times a month. Love the chili and the Dave’s single cheeseburger. If you like coupons keep your eye on your mailbox. July 2/23. Back at Wendy’s. Ordered a few items including a baked potato loaded up. Lots of butter and sour cream. The thing was huge. Went there Friday for dinner with my sister and the service was terrible. People behind us with larger meals got their food way before us, while I watched our food sit there waiting to be given to us. The young dark haired girl and young boy with dark hair and a ball cap stood there flirting and talking and laughing while we waited for our food. When I brought our receipts and finally got our food, it was cold. We left because there was a very long line up and didn’t know when we’d get fresh food. It was a ridiculous wait. Terrible service.
