While the prices of the dishes are slightly higher than other options in the area, the quality makes it a worthwhile choice.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. My family treated me to a meal here where we savored Peking duck, soft shell crab, and beef fillet. The flavors were exquisite and the staff was welcoming, demonstrating top-notch service skills. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and would highly recommend this restaurant to our friends for a delightful dining experience.
We set out to find a new favorite Chinese restaurant in the area that would meet the high standards of NYC. After exploring options from Port Melbourne to St Kilda and South Melbourne, we decided that Mandarin Park was the top choice. The owner/manager and staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Well done Mandarin Park, you are our number one choice. Though there may be a slightly better option at a higher price, this will be our go-to spot from now on.
Brilliant Hong Kong cuisine. Using the best quality ingredients the chef produces some of the best Chinese I've eaten. Fast efficient service and value for money servings makes for a lip smacking meal. With Chapel Street's Ging now closed this is my favorite traditional Chinese restaurant in Melbourne. Do your self a favor and get to the Mandarin Park. New menu about to be launched too! Amazing Cantonese cuisine.
Simply sensational and a real competitor to Lau 's Family Kitchen. We were a little surprised at the price point as the menu I saw online was for take-away. Main dishes are about $9 more for eat in. However, it was worth every dollar. To start we tried the spring rolls which we agreed were the best we 'd ever had. Delicate, flavours perfectly balanced, and no greasiness whatsoever. The sweet and sour pork $27) was also declared as 'best ever '. The sauce was divine and again the fried pieces of pork had no greasiness. Highly recommended and nothing in common with your average sweet and sour pork. The beef with Chinese broccoli and oyster sauce $28) was tender and the delicate sauce didn 't overpower the flavour of the beef. The vegetables were generous and perfectly cooked. Rice stayed hot throughout the meal as it 's served in a warmed bowl. Cutlery is shiny and spotless. Servings are generous and we were too full for dessert. Highly recommended for excellent Cantonese cuisine.
