Schnitzel-Pommes and Rahmschnitzel-Nüdeli quite normal. in the lions you get these classic hospitable dishes. even Kalbsleberli-Rösti or sure Mocke-Stock. if you want. well, I'm curious what the kitchen has been designed for refined ingredients. unusually combined, but you never have to be afraid that all of a sudden are silly on the teller. suppe with sherry, sauce with saffron, dijonsenf,... (the whisky weeks are highly recommended).Especially with larger companies (family dinner, class meetings) one does not want to surprise evil ones. something special, but not too strange. good quality of eating, good service and beautiful deck/ambiente. all here!A propos: Ever heard of the use spinnet? a night of the night of the night of the night. there is the current program in the löwensaal (januar.) you will find on the WC door ;-)
A klassafe farm, very well maintained, very clean, beautiful functional rooms, very good kitchen with fresh products and a service that so many people could learn here.Very warm contact from the arrival to the departure, you can see, the people are their profession.
The cuisine is tasty and the products used of very high quality. a very good Swiss table. to recommend without hesitation.
