Checkers - Memphis

Cold burger, molded bread, brown lettuce, chicken was saturated in grease, one burger had nothing but mayo and mustard on it, mayo goop just in one spot on 2nd burger, diet Coke watered down, given broken cup that leaked. Ate within minutes of getting into car and very disappointed. I'd give a negative 8 only cause fries and chicken box was good. If you're going to eat here check your food.Customer service was severaly lacking. No smile, no hello, almost rude and uncaring. Customer service barely spoke.I've worked customer service 20+ years and these action would have had me firing and cleaning house. Worked food resource industry and this is probably the 3rd worst fast food I've seen in 10 years. Need to reevaluate your food, staff and refrigerator systems.

Ordered two combo meals with a coke. They were out of coke. I got two sprites. Both sprites were just nasty carbonated water. Ruined my whole meal.

WONDERFUL!! After our local restaurant closed several years ago, I always crave Checkers fries, especially when I run across one while traveling. Memphis area did not disappoint! Got a burger, fry, and apple pie. Absolutely made my day! The employees were SO NICE! Best food of my 5 day trip!Parking: Several parking spots beside the building, and a large shopping center out back.

Y 'all suck so bad here and Taliya the cashier is slow as Christmas coming from mfn July. 30 minute wait with one car in front of us to get a fry lover burger with 4 mfn fries on it.... Taliya, now you know if somebody love fries they need more than 4! This isn 't my first garbage experience at this checkers either. Y 'all suck.

Not all Checkers are the same... This one is my favorite for a never broken shake machine, fresh fries, and the best Deep Sea Double around!
