They need to hire more cooks because the chicken is overcooked and ends up dry like firewood.

I ordered two sandwiches and only received one. They consistently shortchange you on the fries as well. Why pay $6 for a large fry when they send you a medium box that's only half full?

I ordered an 8-piece bucket and was disappointed to find that it contained 7 dry drumsticks and only 1 thigh, all for $25.

Asked for unsweetened iced tea and received sweet tea. Otherwise, chicken was fine

They never have any chicken ready. Even.if you use the order ahead ap, they never have any chicken ready.They ONLY sell fried chicken. And they never have any and the employees arent very nice.Popeye 's chicken and The Cupboard Restaurant are less than a block away amd have chicken. Hattie B 's is a short drive. Not sure why the owner of this KFC haven 't turned it into expensive apartments or a convenience store as either would be more profitable than paying employees to sell chicken when there is never any chicken.The staff gets real put out if you offer to wait for fried chicken and you ll bake in the front parking lot for at least 30 mins. Might as well just go down to Kroger and buy stuff to make dinner.It s a matter of time before this place has the same 'closed ' sign as the back yard burger two doors down.Tldr; THEY DONT HAVE CHICKEN AND ARE MAD AT YOU FOR ASKING FOR CHICKEN.
