Contribuisci feedbackWe are in town from Florida to cook in the bbq world championship. The food was amazing. We had many appetizers and entrees. I can’t speak better about the food, but… the service was absolutely horrible. We had to ask for everything, the table was not pre-bussed, waited 20 minutes for a beer, and the straw that broke the camels back… we asked for the check, and after 20 minutes found the waiter chilling in the kitchen and demand the check. Would fully recommend for the food, but stay away if you like good service.
This was a really nice joint on the famous block. Has a good rustic look with nice decor and bar located in the middle. Had variety of options and everyone absolutely enjoyed the food.Very fresh tasting and satisfying everyone’s craving. Would definetly recommend their cheese curds and pesto pasta with sun dried tomatoes, fish tacos and house burger.
I went there last night and was sitting at the bar! My food and my drink was at there when I used the restroom. When I came back, my food was gone and my seat was taken! They kept my drink, I asked them why did this happen? They had nothing to say! They basically kicked me out! I have no clue what I could have possibly done, and I had just tipped them $13 for $60 check! I was simply sitting there and eating my dinner and not even talking to anybody!This was absolutely rude, disgusting, and disrespectful! I have seen these types of behaviour in Memphis a few times! They have no respect for their customers and are very unprofessional and rude!
Sat with 5 of us total. 18% gratuity was added to our 3 checks by our server, even though we were only a party of 5 I typically tip more than 20%, but in this case I decided not to add on due to the involuntary addition of gratuity Of the five of us, two of us only ordered a single drink each. We paid three ways.I ordered a beer that once I tasted, I immediately noticed it was flat and going bad “skunky” . I asked if I could exchange it for a different tapped beer. I was told no. There is a no refund or exchange policy on all drinks. I understand cocktails, but a beer that has gone bad should not be served. I should’ve never received this beer in the first place. The beer brand was even mislabeled on the receipt- lack of attention to detail.I called the following day to ask to be pointed in the right direction to have a private conversation with a manager to give feedback. I was given no direction or answer and was immediately hung up on by the employee after she stated “You can make a post on Yelp. I do not have any time for you right now”The food was good.My original intention was to handle this matter privately, but because of how it has been poorly handled I figured I would share it publicly as it seems that is what Local employees want me to do.
First of all the seasoned wings and fries kicked off my vacation with a bang after the Janet Jackson concert. These wings were so good I shared with a friend. Excellent fries also. I was so disappointed to drink my martini from a plastic cup and straw. Who does that?
