Contribuisci feedbackI spent my birthday here, today, and everyone was absolutely amazing! The food was great! The hostess needs either an increase or a promotion (or both) because it went beyond and beyond to take up and make friendly that everything went smoothly, including the cover of our table and the start of our order, while our server was occupied with another party so that we did not have to wait. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!
The food was good. The waitress Mayah was good. The hostess, a big Caucasian lady when I came in, was not too friendly. She didn't speak and made me welcome. She just stood there and looked at me. I'm running in and there's a queue, ask me how many and tell me how long the wait is. The manager I've seen looked like most tables, but didn't come to talk or look at our table. The lady who brought us to the table did not smile or spoke. The crew was just not a warm and welcoming crew. They made my family and me uncomfortable.
Been awhile since we have been here due to bad service and food wasn't anything special. Tonight was the same thing. I understand being Christmas Eve and were told by waitress that they expected to get busy this evening because Wal Mart and the mall closed as six then maybe should schedule more people or let customers know it may take awhile to get food. Got food 45-60 minutes after being seated and wife sends chicken back because cold and they warm it up missing rice and sauce that came with it. Also tried to charge for kids side item with their meals but nothing mentioned on menu for that. Which one was corn that was on the menu and other daughter got grilled mushrooms which we were told would be no problem. Waitress went back to the manager to get them taken off and she was told that some items are a upcharge and then I told her there's nothing on the menu about the corn being a upcharge and I wanted to see the manager and when she came back she said the manager just took them off. As of right now we will not be back. Couple next to us order chicken fried steak and it came out with no gravy and then it took him about 15 minutes to get gravy and his food was cold.
Service was horrible. We waited over 45 minutes to get our appetizer trio, which arrived undercooked and greasy. Our meal was brought within 5 minutes of getting the appetizer and arrived cold. Steaks, fries, sweet potato, even the plates were cold. When we sent the plates back, and told them we just wanted to cancel because we had already been there an hour and half without eating, they took the meals off the bill but still charged us for the drinks and appetizer. The waitress never refilled my water the entire time I was there, over all, the worst restaurant experience we've had since moving here
The food was cold, we were a party of 5 . We got our food and hour before closing and the kitchen staff start shutting down an hour before so our food was rush and set under the heat lamp, the server was trying to close her other stations and take a long time to bring our food. It was a birthday dinner for me. I will never go again. In order to make money and keep getting hour at work the customer has to be happy with their meal. I work in food service and my customer comes first and the worker need to understand that for them to keep a job, they have to treat customers like they want to be treated when they go out to eat
