Starbucks - Memphis

Note to self: Don't go through Starbucks drive-thru when there's a tornado warning and the sirens are going off. They're temporarily closed at those times. lol We stopped here several times during our trip to Memphis in April 2022 as it was the closest Starbucks to our hotel. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Drinks tasted as expected. Sort of a poor drive-thru design. When the line of vehicles in the drive thru gets long it blocks the parking spots of people inside and they can't leave.

Great Starbucks location! The staff is very friendly and they get your order ready so quickly despite being very busy! I definitely recommend using the order ahead option with the Starbucks app. You can walk in and pick your order up right off the counter without any wait time; it’s awesome! I also really like their food like the breakfast sandwiches; very tasty!

There is nothing like a good cup of hot flavored latte! The flavors are better if you have them to steam it with your milk. The veggie egg bites are very tasteful. I also purchased a couple of snacks like the coconut clusters turkey jerky. My sister tried the iced cinnamon dolce/toffee nut with almond milk she loved it. I had hot cinnamon dolce/toffee nut latte it was delicious. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Not sure how this place can be closed in the mornings when it shows open on here as well as their app. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence for this location. I frequent this location only because it?s the closest one to my house. The employees are great, management/owner needs to step up their game! Obviously a reason why they are always short on employees.
