Mcdonald's - Mendip

They have no milkshakes. What is wrong with McDonalds and milkshakes these days? It's practically not worth going to them anymore. There's never any explanation or apology. They must be phasing it out off the menu.

I ordered for delivery in the app I was given a 45-60 minute wait. I could have walked there and back faster. I check the tracker 3 times and the ETA kept getting extended. The final time I checked the app my order had just been cancelled by McDonald’s. Awful service, the company cares nothing about customers they just want to take the money. Nothing offered as a good will gesture for just cancelling my order without notifying me after I had waited 1.5h

Keep saying I'm not going to return but keep thinking it's going to get better. Always a long wait for food in the restaurant, very slow staff and never enough on shift, food always cold but by the time you get to eat if taking away you can't take it back to complain.

Distrusting. Everything about it. Drive through chap was a waste of space. Couldn’t even be bothered to ask what size meal. All staffed by kids, no leadership. Franchisee should be ashamed

Avoid this branch of McDonald’s!!! Staff aren’t lead by anyone who appears to be in charge. Food thrown together, fries cold, staff mucking about when there’s lots of them , At busy times there is never enough staff. Franchises obviously run a POP Culture here. The management don’t care when you provide constructive critique. Last weekend I visited a branch at Sleaford, Lincolnshire. What a difference, slick well lead branch, staff enjoying what they were doing and communicating with each other and customers when items weren’t available. I think Street need a trip to the other side of the UK to learn a thing or two.
