Parsons Bakery - Mendip

The pasty’s are really delicious and I quite often get them from here it always tastes fresh and a distant reminder of Cornwall. Good cookies however quite burnt around the edges. One member of staff is super friendly however the other one who forgive me if I’m wrong had an accent, on two occasions has been grumpy and unwelcoming. I paid and had no thank you or anything she just walked off which seemed a little rude, that’s all.

This restaurant offers an incredible meal deal for only £4.50, which includes a hearty sandwich, a generous slice of cake, and a delicious coffee. Located near Wells Cathedral, the staff is welcoming and polite, and there is a great variety of sandwiches, baguettes, pasties, cakes, and coffees available at affordable prices in a tourist-heavy area.

Lovely corner cafe/bakery on the High Street in Wells. We were on our way to the Cathedral and Bishop's House and as it was such a lovely day we decided to stop here for tea and cake. We sat outside and watched the world go by and enjoyed our snacks...lovely!

WELLS Holiday (10/12-05-23) Popped in a few times for coffee and some cheese twirls, great friendly service informed me one morning to get the meal deal to save money which was nice, hot coffee and fresh baked goods and cakes, a quality friendly shop in wells.

Located in the town center with a pleasant view, the restaurant has incredibly friendly staff who recommended the great value meal deal to us, as well as a delicious pastry. There is also bar seating by a window inside and a few chairs outside, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fantastic takeout food.
