Axel's River Grille Mendota

Axels positive 180-degree change from my experience of 12 november. trisha, our server, was excellent and very attentive to details. I ordered the same meal as my previous visit and the main rib was perfectly cooked and warm/hot. the meal times of all fulfilled the expectations with quality and accuracy. we were happy to see that one of our favorite spots will return to great service and quality eat.

Roxanne made the dinner great! we both had steaks and they were perfectly cooked. that was delicious. we're coming back.

Our waiter was amazing! he helped us with our decisions and he was on the spot. that was delicious. I've tried the beet salad and it was so fresh. all our meals were on the ground and again, our waiter, Roman made our evening special.

Service was great! The spicy chicken penne was awful. The noodles were over cooked, and the cream sauce was not made with cream but possibly skim milk. It’s to bad that a simple dish can turn out so terrible.

The food is so good and everyone who works there is so nice, they make dining there a good experience. The ambiance is also very upscale without being pretentious.
