Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the 3-course turkey dinner and everything was good except they forgot to include the dinner rolls. This isn't the first time Bob Evans has forgotten them. It's frustrating when you have to call and they say they'll deliver them separately but never do. I'm still waiting for a partial refund and will update my rating once I receive it.
The service at the restaurant was slow. The staff was friendly but seemed a bit surprised to see customers. They were mainly focused on fulfilling take-out orders, causing a delay in receiving our sausages and cookies. When my friend ordered French toast, the plate it was served on was extremely hot, almost too hot to touch. The wait time for these dishes was longer than expected, despite the fact that the restaurant was not very busy. It started to get busier just as we were ready to leave.
I went to have breakfast with my family and we were seated quickly, although it was in a back corner that was easy to forget about. Our server, who never introduced herself, was quick and efficient when taking our orders. However, it took 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive and another 15 minutes before our food order was taken. Our food took a long time to come out and we sat with empty drinks for too long. After dropping off our food and refills, our server never returned. We waited for about 15 minutes before leaving without being checked on. As someone in the food industry, I can usually understand slow service, but the lack of business and terrible service here was unacceptable. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant.
I can't evaluate the quality of eating, but the service fell the ball. I ordered a turkey dinner for 6 per month before thanksgiving for a pickup of 2:30. I have placed order and paid online even at checkout tipped. at 230 on Thanksgiving I was told that they are back at least 30 minutes. again this is not an evaluation of the food, as I have not yet picked up, but I have time to write this.
Stopped for breakfast, not busy no wait. Once seated, was seated in “Mary Kay’s section) which I knew wasn’t gonna be good. She has never, and I mean NEVER got an order correct. Placed order and in the mean time she had problems with two different orders on two different tables. Each time she said she was sorry and ask if they were okay with the error? Really? They in returned told her no, so they had to wait for it to corrected while others at their table ate. Kinda ruins the whole idea of going out with others. She never did bring my coffee while I was waiting for my breakfast…. 30 minutes later, I was fed up, ask manager if there was shortage help in kitchen? She said no and ask was wrong, explained I had been waiting now 35 minutes for breakfast… she said she would get me coffee. I kindly told her it was okay, that I was just going to leave. If you do go there, I would not have “Mary Kay” wait on you.
