This location is awful. It's dirty, the subs never taste right, and the butch lady at the counter is rude and slow

Very good subs! Usually I am greeted with with a friendly greeting by the personnel, but today a person behind the counter was yelling are you ready to order! The only other customer was in front of me looking at the menu. My initial reaction was he is rudely asking for her order. Then he yelled again are you ready to order! I asked if he was asking me? He said he was and was very irritated. I ordered my sub and asked if he was the manager, he said he operated 6 stores. I commented that usually I receive a friendly creating when I come in. I would recommend going back to friendly greetings!

The customer service was great! My tuna sub was delicious!Thank you , to all the ladies working there tonight who ran out to my car to let me know I forgot my purse inside!!

If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would, this place is dirty and unprofessional, I ate a sub from there and their was a bunch of hair in my sub coming from a catering order.. I went to the store to confirm it and the owner did nothing.. the workers had long hair and was not wearing proper clothing nore following protocol.. I’ve heard rumors of this place but now I experienced it myself personally and I will never eat from there again.. DIRTY FOOD CHAIN JERSEY DIRTY MIKES NOOO BEUNOOO! [Update] 8-9-2023 no your wrong it is your place in mentor across from speedway gas station and I stand on it, I don’t ever want nothing from you or your nasty place.. speak facts not lies
