Maybe we caught the wrong night, but the expectations were higher than what we were presented with. Nothing to say about the food, excellent fusillo, enough pizza, the chicken served just like at home, oh well... but the service, for heaven's sake! Already upon our arrival, a table booked by telephone... non-existent. If I hadn't called it would have been the same. Furthermore, the staff was insufficient to manage a Saturday evening and a baptism on a Saturday evening. Some waiters seemed disoriented and it is also understandable given the very demanding situation. Furthermore, the dishes must be served at the same time to all the guests, which did not happen this evening, unfortunately those who had ordered the pizza ate first... the rest after. Just the basics. When we complained about this there was no response, in fact they continued to distribute the pizzas. I think everything was managed a little badly... the waiters who had to take care of the baptism could not also take care of the people who arrived. Then, there was the possibility of choosing a fixed menu... I didn't understand why a children's menu can only be chosen if the adult menu is also chosen... In any case, it's a real shame!

Lovely place. Excellent food. The only flaw is the service. Although the waiters are always kind and available to customers and even numerous, they are very slow. When the place is full they should be quicker. A Sunday lunch shouldn't last around 4/5 hours. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
