Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I like potbelly but just about lost my appetite when I found two pieces of clear plastic inside my sandwich I guess from when they added the toppings on my sandwich when about to take my first bite. I should have brought my sandwich back to the person who added the toppings but excepted quality and let down to find clear plastic inside my sandwich today. Maybe the owner can make sure this doesn't happen again

I ordered an italian today, with light oil and other toppings. The entire bag and sandwich were soaked in oil. It was a mess to eat and just not good overall.

I don't suggest ordering from this shop. Ordered the Avo turkey and broccoli cheddar soup and this is what was delivered. Some kind of chili and a sandwich with the avocado rind smashed in. Pretty disgusting.

I can’t believe I just paid $18 for a sandwich with chips and a drink…..the sandwich is great, don’t get me wrong. But there’s no way I’m coming back for a sandwich at this price point. I could have gotten a much nicer lunch at a sit down restaurant with a beer for the same cost if not less….For a sandwich? I don’t remember potbelly being so overpriced. Yikes

Sandwiches and other food items were well made and delicious but the cashier was too busy texting or surfing on his phone in spite of paying customers waiting for his attention. Unacceptable customer service skills. Additional information: So the correct shop is acknowledged, it was at the shop in Chicago midway airport on May 27, 2023 around 6:30pm.
