Samantha, oh Samantha, a true paragon of service and grace! Her attentiveness was nothing short of spectacular, a symphony of impeccable timing and charm. As we dined, she fluttered about, ensuring our every whim was met with the utmost care and precision. And, as if the heavens themselves conspired to make our night unforgettable, she presented us with the most delectable desserts and bespoke beverages, crafted with such artistry and flair. It is because of Samantha, our newfound muse of hospitality, that we shall return to The Capitol Grill with hearts full of anticipation and gratitude. We had a small issue, and the manager, Ryan, was very professional and empathetic. I can tell he really cares about the customers and their experience. Thank you for making the experience a good one.

Capital Grille is my go to place when I want an upscale dining experience. The food is almost always fantastic, and on the off chance that something isn't as ordered, they will go above and beyond to make it right. The managing partner, Bart, takes pride in his business and is very accessible. The service is always outstanding. Somewhat pricey, but this is to be expected at this type of restaurant. With that being said, it is possible to eat here without completely breaking the bank if you are strategic.

Went for dinner before a show, and they were very responsive to our time constraints (mind you, the rolling stones, frozen and the rockies were all happening on the same night, but we were headed to comedy works). The room is gorgeous, and the wait staff is top notch. I would have expected the food to be better based on the price, but they have a quality menu. I will definitely be back. Maybe next time I'll try the lamb.

The Capital Grille never disappoints. I got the New York strip and it ranks among the best ever. We had a focused business discussion and the waitress was exceedingly discreet about interrupting. Situational awareness is a sign of excellence.
