They had to remake my sandwich 2x and they still didn't make it right.I didn't even had any modifications to my order.Very stupid. Will not be coming back.

The only reason why I couldn't give it five stars, is recently every time I go in there, there is one poor woman working her tail off right smack dab in the middle of lunch hour with no one else behind the counter to help her. If I could give her a million stars though, I would! Even through all the chaos she still maintains the perfect attitude, with the brightest smile on her face, and how she keeps everything organized and moving along all by herself at rapid speeds, is beyond me! You have an absolute gem working for you, I certainly would hate to see a good employee taken advantage of to the point where she leaves. Can someone please schedule someone else to help her during lunch hours? I mean, you ARE primarily a lunch spot!!!Otherwise I have always been perfectly happy with any and all items I have ever ordered! Super fresh, super tasty, absolutely love this place!But please for the love of all things, get that poor girl some help AND A RAISE!

Got rid of there french dip option which was the only thing I cared for there. It was really really good too. Now it's just a mediocre sandwich shop. Nothing special. Shame. Also replaced the brown paper bags that you would order on with a card. Not surprised so many locations are going out of business.

Hair in my food.first part of the sandwich was good, then i move to the other part, and there is a piece of hair stuck in the lettuce of my sandwich.
