I was in Baskin-Robbins tonight! Very very disappointed with service. There were two employees at the time. They were quite busy. And one employee seemed to be doing all the work. There was an employee with pink hair that I watched literally get up from a chair, wash her hands as if she was going to help the other employee, but than she just stood there doing nothing to help her coworker. This is not okay in my mind. The younger girl helped me and was very polite, and she was doing the best she could to make sure the customers were being helped as fast as possible. The other girl shouldn't even work there. She was getting paid to do nothing.
