Burger King - Meridian

I really love Burger King, but this is the second time my burger has been cold. It might be a while before I decide to eat there again.

The customer service is often lacking, and I've encountered issues with order accuracy. However, the prices are reasonable, and the lobby is generally clean. Overall, the Burger King in Ontario is noticeably better than the one in Payette.

I visited Burger King today and ordered an original chicken sandwich. It was served so cold that the bun wasn't even toasted. It was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there.

I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The staff rushed me and ended up messing up my order. When I asked for it to be corrected, they refused to help. The manager overheard the situation and ultimately fixed the order, but the overall attitude was unpleasant. If you don't mind dealing with rude young adults, this might be the place for you.

This place is a complete disappointment. They hardly ever seem to be open and they won’t accept coupons when they are. I tried to use a coupon through their app, which worked fine, but when I got to the drive-thru, I was informed that they were closed and out of most menu items. Now I have to sort things out with my credit card company because Burger King is charging me for a meal I can't even pick up due to their closure. I really think they should just shut down this location and replace it with something better!
