Carl's Jr. - Meridian

When we got the food, the fries were cold, the bun on the chicken sandwich was hard around the edges, and the lettuce was wilted. The cheeseburger was similarly dry. The Pepsi was mostly ice and tasted watered down—it didn’t even taste like soda. We were so dissatisfied and still hungry that we decided to pack it up and head to McDonald's for a fresher meal. I felt ashamed for having received such poor quality food after being told to wait in the parking lot. I assumed it would be fresh since I waited for 10 minutes! The employee who served me seemed unkempt and it felt like they mishandled my order. I will never return to Carl's Jr. after this experience. Honestly, this place should consider closing down!

I gave 5 stars because the staff is stretched thin but still provides excellent service. However, I am quite disappointed that the children's area is still closed. Please reopen it!

The fried chicken club was delicious, and the real potato fries were excellent. I will definitely be back!

I went to the car dru last night, I'll never live in my life back to this place. I also find it very interesting upper administration only respond to 4-5 star ratings and any bad rating goes unnoticed, because quality fast food service is not at the location eagle next to arby’s. I waited 25 minutes for a burger n a shake w some tweeper rings; both people who hired my order and gave me my food had so much dirt on their hands and under their fingernails show no proper hygiene or representation in the food industry. I myself work in boise in an almost food restaurant, and it makes me so happy that not a single crew member of me shows the lack of urgency and disregard at the location eagle shown. my burger was crushed and badly made, I ate at many different carls jr. and this burger yesterday evening was a middle finger to my decision to come there. the burger himself looked so disappointing for $9? Beyond that my milkshake was not even iced, it was a chocolate milk consistency and my wobble rings were dry and had no taste. I feel very much as if carls jr had abandoned at this place, because every time I am here, it is nothing but a bad experience that I hope this restaurant will be torn and takes over something more profitable profi, because the workers are nothing other than torn heads of inexperienced employees for a quick step beauty.

Foods fine but we asked for a bunch of fry sauce and got 2. And our fries were barely even half full. If I wanted a small fry I would have ordered a small fry
