Earl Of Sandwich - Meridian

Don't be deceived by this sandwich shop located in a gas station! I've tried several sandwiches and soups here, and they've consistently impressed me every time. The ingredients for the sandwiches are always fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique, like the Holiday Turkey. The bread is freshly baked, and the sandwiches are served hot. The soups are also good—not your typical offerings, just consistently flavorful. The seating area is small, with only six tables, which could be an issue, but it's always kept clean. Prices are comparable to other sandwich shops. My only complaint is that some of my hot sandwiches were not warm enough inside. The staff is wonderful, too!

The vegan BBQ chicken sandwich here is outstanding. I had relatively low expectations going in, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Absolutely AMAZING food!! My girlfriend and I just ate here and had a fantastic experience. The staff were beyond friendly, and although we were nervous to try the food, we were blown away!! We are super picky food eaters, and this restaurant hit all of our expectations. I hope more of them open in Boise Idaho, because I'd love to eat this quality of food more often.
